Sorti en 2010, Pyramid of the Sun est l’album phare de Maserati. Il s’agit du dernier enregistrement du groupe avec le batteur Jerry Fuchs, achevé et publié un an après son décès tragique. Il est devenu leur album phare et reste la clé de voûte de la discographie de Maserati. Dernière pièce de la célébration du 20e anniversaire de Maserati, Pyramid of the Sun – Anniversary Edition a été reconditionné, remastérisé à partir des bandes originales par Josh Bonati, et augmenté d’un live brûlant issu de SXSW 2009. Les titres bonus “Pyramid of the Moon” et “Pyramid of the Moon (The Field Remix)” sont également inclus.
