Longtemps oubli\u00e9, cet album festif t\u00e9moigne pourtant d\u2019une \u00e9poque et d\u2019un regard social intense : la lib\u00e9ration de Nelson Mandela apr\u00e8s vingt-sept ann\u00e9es de captivit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9lan d\u00e9mocratique tant attendu, et l\u2019aube du kwaito, variante ensoleill\u00e9e et \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9e de la house sud-africaine.<\/strong><br><\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>N\u00e9 \u00e0 la charni\u00e8re entre l\u2019apartheid et l\u2019Afrique du Sud d\u00e9mocratique<\/strong>, le duo&nbsp;<strong>bubblegum-disco Xitsonga&nbsp;Chibuku<\/strong>&nbsp;incarne l\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u2019une \u00e9poque de bascule, alors que Nelson Mandela sortait de prison et que le kwaito commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 \u00e9merger.
