En 2005, la sortie de Felt 2: A Tribute to Lisa Bonet propulsa le duo au rang de bin\u00f4me quasi culte, un statut qui s&rsquo;intensifie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la sortie en 2009 de Felt 3: A Tribute to Rosie Perez. Alors que leur relation personnelle est le fondement de Felt, leur camaraderie s&rsquo;imposant comme leur force cr\u00e9atrice principale, c\u2019est surtout la production qui a jou\u00e9 un grand r\u00f4le dans leur succ\u00e8s gr\u00e2ce au talent de diff\u00e9rents producteurs au fil des albums : <strong>The Grouch<\/strong> (Murs Living Legends), <strong>Ant<\/strong> (Atmosphere) et <strong>Aesop<\/strong> <strong>Rock<\/strong>. Beaucoup de choses ont chang\u00e9 depuis leur premier album en 2009, et le duo souhaitait adresser une attention particuli\u00e8re aux fans qui les soutiennent depuis toutes ces ann\u00e9es. <em><strong>Felt 4 U<\/strong> <\/em>s\u2019est alors impos\u00e9 comme une \u00e9vidence. Avec le retour de <strong>Ant<\/strong> \u00e0 la production int\u00e9grale de l\u2019album, <em><strong>Felt 4 U<\/strong><\/em> d\u00e9borde d\u2019influences de toutes part allant de la funk \u00e0 la country en passant par le blues et la soul.
