A 29 ans, elle sort maintenant <b><i>Pieces of Soul<\/i><\/b>, un quatri\u00e8me album t\u00e9moin de son retour au blues, au rhythm \u2019n\u2019 blues et au rock \u00e0 l\u2019origine de sa passion pour l\u2019instrument. \u00c9crit et compos\u00e9 dans la foul\u00e9e d\u2019un road trip sur la c\u00f4te Ouest des Etats-Unis, <b><i>Pieces of Soul<\/i><\/b> n\u2019en est que plus attendu. Ses douze titres, auxquels s\u2019ajoute une reprise de <b>\u00ab\u00a0You\u2019re No Good\u00a0\u00bb<\/b> popularis\u00e9e par <b>Linda Ronstadt<\/b>, remettent la guitare au c\u0153ur de son processus cr\u00e9atif, \u00e0 travers un \u00e9ventail de sonorit\u00e9s ensoleill\u00e9es, discr\u00e8tement et respectueusement teint\u00e9es par diverses influences californiennes (Ben Harper, Lenny Kravitz, John Mayer\u2026). Les riffs aux saturations rock voisinent avec de formidables ballades blues-soul, folk ou rhythm \u2019n\u2019 blues. Ses textes, tr\u00e8s personnels, traduisent autant de remises en question que ses envies d\u2019\u00e9mancipation.
