Jeune, il s\u2019int\u00e9resse en dilettante \u00e0 toutes formes d\u2019art. Une fois install\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris R\u00e9publique, il joue de la basse de mani\u00e8re compulsive, sert des cocktails dans des bars et s\u2019essaye \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de vid\u00e9o-clip avec <strong>Tom Gagnaire<\/strong>. Petit \u00e0 petit, il d\u00e9laisse son harmonica et son oud pour accumuler des r\u00e9plicas de bo\u00eetes \u00e0 rythme, synth\u00e9s et deux basses Fender. Il est en 2018 le bassiste de <strong>Fran\u00e7ois Club<\/strong> pour qui il a \u00e9crit les paroles de deux morceaux de son dernier album : \u00ab\u00a0Cobra I &amp; II\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Bad Boy\u00a0\u00bb (Requiem pour un Twister, 2020). Il accompagne <strong>Elodie Gervaise<\/strong> en 2019 sur sc\u00e8ne et en studio. Il fait d\u00e9sormais partie du groupe <strong>Madone<\/strong>, formation nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9e. En mai 2020, il a sorti un premier single paru en digital chez <strong>Beagle Records<\/strong> : \u00ab\u00a0Fais ce qui te Pla\u00eet\u00a0\u00bb. <strong><em>Chansons R\u00eav\u00e9es<\/em> <\/strong>est le premier EP d\u2019Amour Courtois. Joseph se lance dans l\u2019aventure <strong>Amour Courtois<\/strong> pour accomplir seul une musique s\u00e9millante et enflamm\u00e9e berc\u00e9e de diverses inspirations allant de l\u2019op\u00e9ra \u00e0 la synth pop.
