Avec ce disque, le groupe, qui comprend Joel Mellin et Christopher Romero du Gamelan Dharma Swara et le pionnier de l’ambient country Bob Holmes de SUSS continue son exploration des mondes astraux int\u00e9rieurs et ext\u00e9rieurs de son premier album Voyage au Soleil. Ce nouvel album, masteris\u00e9 par Kramer (Galaxie 500, Bongwater, Low, etc.), pr\u00e9sente un m\u00e9lange unique de styles musicaux et d’instruments orientaux et occidentaux, dont le gamelan gender wayang balinais et le cumbuz (un banjo fretless \u00e0 12 cordes), ainsi que les instruments classiques de l’americana que sont la guitare slide, le baryton, la mandoline et le violon. La musique aborde des th\u00e8mes profond\u00e9ment personnels, spirituels et d’un autre monde, notamment la paternit\u00e9, la privation de sommeil, le deuil et la renaissance.
