Party Dozen est un partenariat sonore librement fond\u00e9 sur l’improvisation entre la saxophoniste Kirsty Tickle et le percussionniste Jonathan Boulet. Leur premier album, The Living Man, a \u00e9t\u00e9 acclam\u00e9 par la critique d\u00e8s sa sortie en 2017. Depuis, ils n’ont cess\u00e9 de tourner, chaque performance \u00e9tant une \u00e9preuve physique et une expression maximaliste. Comme les l\u00e9gendaires Dirty Three, les membres du groupe semblent se fondre dans un seul et m\u00eame esprit, sans tenir compte du spectateur. Tickle navigue sans effort entre la dur\u00e9e d’attention toujours plus courte de Boulet et les changements de tempo sauvages ; une structure se mat\u00e9rialise progressivement \u00e0 partir du chaos.<\/p>\n
