For Anyone That Knows You, un album compos\u00e9 principalement de solos de piano de l\u2019auteur compositeur et multi-instrumentiste am\u00e9ricain Josiah Steinbrick, a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9 non pas pour \u00eatre harmonieux ou pour la post\u00e9rit\u00e9, mais pour mettre en valeur le piano en tant qu’objet, la personne qui en joue et le moment dans lequel il r\u00e9sonne. Sur trois des morceaux, le saxophone de Sam Gendel plane sur le piano comme un l\u00e9ger changement de lumi\u00e8re, ajoutant une r\u00e9sonance et un renforcement doux plut\u00f4t qu’un contrepoint. Trois autres sont des r\u00e9interpr\u00e9tations d\u00e9licates : \u00ab\u00a0Green Glass\u00a0\u00bb reprend un enregistrement sans titre des musiciens folkloriques quechuas Leandro Apaza Romas et Benjamin Clara Quispe ; \u00ab\u00a0Elyne Road\u00a0\u00bb abr\u00e8ge l’une des compositions les plus tendres du ma\u00eetre malien de la kora Toumani Diabat\u00e9 ; et \u00ab\u00a0Lullaby\u00a0\u00bb est un arrangement d’une chanson cr\u00e9ole traditionnelle, enregistr\u00e9e \u00e0 l’origine en 1954 par le guitariste ha\u00eftien-am\u00e9ricain Frantz Casseus.<\/p>\n
