Sunset Rubdown \u00e9tait autrefois le nom sous lequel Spencer Krug publiait des enregistrements solo lo-fi. Le projet a depuis longtemps \u00e9volu\u00e9 pour devenir un groupe \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, et Dragonslayer est le troisi\u00e8me album enregistr\u00e9 par l’ensemble du groupe, sorti en 2009. C\u2019est un album qui semble honn\u00eate, naturel et direct. La musicalit\u00e9 est laiss\u00e9e \u00e0 l’air libre, sans l’aide de la magie du studio, et les chansons sont laiss\u00e9es \u00e0 elles-m\u00eames pour justifier leur existence pop-rock foireuse. Sunset Rubdown esp\u00e8re que la v\u00e9ritable force de cet album r\u00e9side dans une complexit\u00e9 cach\u00e9e qui \u00e9merge de la production pure et de la musicalit\u00e9 brute, et de ce qui semble \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue \u00eatre une approche l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d\u00e9cal\u00e9e de la pop.<\/p>\n
