The Rich Man’s Eight Track Tape est un album de Big Black publi\u00e9 en 1987 par Touch and Go Records. Big Black \u00e9tait un groupe de punk rock am\u00e9ricain d’Evanston, Illinois, actif de 1981 \u00e0 1987, fond\u00e9 par le chanteur et guitariste Steve Albini. L’album est une compilation CD comprenant Atomizer, l\u2019EP Headache et le single Heartbeat \/ Things to Do Today. Atomizer est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sur la pochette sous la forme d’une bande huit pistes jouant dans un lecteur portable Panasonic TNT. Le titre de l’album et les notes de Steve Albini sur la pochette montrent le peu d’estime du groupe pour les disques compacts, \u00e9tablissant un parall\u00e8le entre le CD et la bande 8 pistes des ann\u00e9es 1970, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rant sortir tous leurs morceaux sur des disques vinyles.<\/p>\n
