Pegboy est un groupe punk am\u00e9ricain originaire de Chicago, Illinois, qui poss\u00e8de un public fid\u00e8le relativement important. Le groupe a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 en 1990 par John Haggerty (ex-guitariste de Naked Raygun), son fr\u00e8re Joe Haggerty (batterie, anciennement The Effigies), Larry Damore (chant\/guitare) et Steve Saylors (basse). Damore et Saylors ont tous deux \u00e9t\u00e9 membres du groupe hardcore Bhopal Stiffs, bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Chicago. Strong Reaction est le premier album de Pegboy. Il est sorti en 1991 chez Quarterstick Records, une \u00e9manation de Touch and Go Records. ontournant le grunge, le pop-punk, le post-hardcore et l’emo, tous en pleine \u00e9ruption \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque, Strong Reaction a vieilli avec une gr\u00e2ce robuste qui fait honte \u00e0 la plupart de ses contemporains.<\/p>\n
