Acid Tongue est un groupe de garage am\u00e9ricain fortement influenc\u00e9 par la soul, le punk et le rock psych\u00e9d\u00e9lique. En 2015, Acid Tongue a cr\u00e9\u00e9 son propre label, Freakout Records, et en 2017, le groupe a sorti son premier album, intitul\u00e9 Babies. En 2020, leur deuxi\u00e8me album, Bullies, a ciment\u00e9 le groupe comme les repr\u00e9sentants les plus uniques du garage rock du nord-ouest du Pacifique. Pour leur troisi\u00e8me album studio, Arboretum, le groupe a recrut\u00e9 des v\u00e9t\u00e9rans de la sc\u00e8ne rock psych\u00e9d\u00e9lique \u00e0 la production, ce qui a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 des collaborations de premier ordre avec des artistes tels que Death Valley Girls, Naked Giants et l’auteur-compositeur interpr\u00e8te canadien Calvin Love. Le quatri\u00e8me album d’Acid Tongue, Acid on the Dance Floor, met en valeur leur son d\u00e9sormais caract\u00e9ristique et une approche de la musique rock qui revient aux sources. Incorporant des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de glam, de R&B et de post-punk, l’album est un voyage bruyant, funky et chaotique qui red\u00e9finit le \u00ab\u00a0son de Seattle\u00a0\u00bb.
