Avant m\u00eame la sortie de leur premier EP Scratch Acid en 1984, le propri\u00e9taire de Touch and Go Records, Corey Rusk, \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 devenu un grand fan du groupe. \u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, Scratch Acid s&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler avec Rabid Cat Records, qui a publi\u00e9 le premier EP du groupe, Scratch Acid (1984), et leur seul album, Just Keep Eating (1986). Apr\u00e8s un total de 146 concerts, Scratch Acid s&rsquo;est s\u00e9par\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la longue tourn\u00e9e qui a suivi la sortie de l&rsquo;EP Berserker (Touch &amp; Go Records, 1987).
