Inspir\u00e9s par The Birthday Party, les Stooges \u00e9poque Funhouse, ainsi que par le blues et le jazz, ils d\u00e9livraient un maelstr\u00f6m sonore f\u00e9roce et sulfureux. Les riffs de basse hypnotiques et sinistres, le swing tribal, formaient le socle parfait pour les guitares tranchantes et d\u00e9chirantes de Larissa, qui n\u2019avait pris sa guitare que quelques mois avant la cr\u00e9ation du groupe, et pour le hurlement diabolique de John Brannon.
