Le groupe new-yorkais de punk-chic et de funk disco a fait son grand retour en octobre dernier avec son troisi\u00e8me album studio. Un disque engag\u00e9, taill\u00e9 pour les pistes de danse, port\u00e9 par le trio vocal puissant form\u00e9 par Piya Malik, Sabrina Mileo Cunningham et Nya Gazelle Brown. La face A, \u201cCut &amp; Rewind\u201d, titre \u00e9ponyme, est un morceau post-punk et funk f\u00e9minin, sublim\u00e9 par les harmonies envo\u00fbtantes du groupe et une ligne de basse funk irr\u00e9sistible. La chanson est principalement autobiographique, mais elle rend \u00e9galement hommage, de mani\u00e8re subtile, aux l\u00e9gendes de la composition. Le groupe a r\u00e9cemment interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 la face B, \u201cDisco Life\u201d, en direct sur le plateau de Jimmy Kimmel.
